Our stay at Island Beach Club #220B was average. Renter beware, while the owners of this unit offer it as pet friendly, the neighbors are not pet friendly. Pros: clean kitchen, clean floors, decent patio, you don’t have to cross the street to get to the beach. Cons: mold in shower, holes and stains on sheets. Originally, we planned this vacation for our family and brought our dog with us. Our dog was with us for the first two days of our stay until a neighbor complained about him. The result was that we had to board a member of our family. I was ok to overlook a few details regarding cleanliness standards because my expectations were lower for a “pet friendly” property. However, there were other places that I felt we could have chosen to stay at that would have been much nicer if we weren’t taking our dog into consideration. The property management company was very kind and helpful through everything! Thank you!
