The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Rental was spacious, clean & met our needs for the week we were there. The unit has a great pool & access to beach was top notch. Would certainly stay there again and recommend.

We stayed here 1 week and the condo was in good shape. Furniture was new/baths were updated and floors appeared new as well. The kitchen/appliances/kitchenware need some updating for the price charged. A couple of appliances did not work..but it was not a big deal. The pool was clean and well-attended. The "tunnel" past the storage units was a bit dirty and run down--could use some attention. We enjoyed the wagon provided by the owners to haul our stuff to the beach. I was surprised that we were expected to strip the bed and start a load of wash with linens and towels...never had to do this before; and really did not like having to do "chores" before leaving. We left the condo in immaculate condition and our deposit was refunded in a prompt manner--which was appreciated. I think with a little TLC on the outside of this building, it could be a "A" rating. The best part was how close it was to the beach...SUPER convenient.

Beautiful, Clean and quiet.
Day 3 of our stay, the water heater went out. Went to pick up family at the airport and by the time we were back, a new water heater was already installed. Less than 2 hours from when I called. Fantastic service.

Everything was as described and had a great short stay until Hurricane Ian barreled through. Luckily had the vacation insurance and also got our deposit back quickly. Everyone was very nice and I hope they are all okay after the hurricane.
