Featuring two large bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious patio, access to fantastic amenities and your very own private beach access, this unit is a beachgoer's dream. Fully renovated in 2025 and available for the first time since hurricane Ian!
The Space:
This unit is located on the ground floor, directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, and features more than 1075 square feet of island living space. This unit features four beds, one king (located in the master bedroom), two twin beds (located in the guest bedroom), in addition a pullout sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Additionally, the condo features two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from dining and shopping, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The agreement will be sent upon booking by e-mail.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

The view was amazing. The house was very clean. We did have some plumbing issues and they did get to it as quickly as they could. I would recommend this place.

We found paradise! The location of this residence is right on the beach - you just open the back sliding door and step on to a private slice of Sanibel! The pool is deep, the grill is easily accessible, and the property is a few minutes drive to all that you need for a relaxing vacation.We’re pretty certain we were the first to stay in this residence since it was remodeled… everything was new, clean and comfortable! They had most of what we needed for the stay as far as kitchen utensils, and even messaged us to ask if anything could be delivered to make our stay complete - all we needed was an extra pillow, an ice cream scoop, and a pasta strainer. At the end of our stay we left 3 boogie boards that we purchased for any families that have kiddos.Rosen Vacations provided a wonderful experience for us, and were very friendly and professional. We only had one issue with our stay that involved the new plumbing, but they were so quick to make things right and did everything in their ability to ensure that our stay was not interrupted for long. They are TOP TIER hosts!We will be coming back next year, and can’t wait to stay here again!

Highly recommended beach front property steps from the sand and short walk to the pool. Very convenient for trips to the store and near restaurants. We loved it.
