About this house rental
Welcome to your very own MTV Cribs featured paradise. This private entry Master Suite is waiting for you. Absolutely quiet and restful. It's only 5 minutes away from Downtown SLO. The house is situated on the border of San Luis Obispo and Edna Valley, right next to 32 vineyards all within 5 miles.
A high end hotel experience without the high prices in town 5 minutes away and no screaming kids disturbing your stay.
Note: no pets allowed including service animals. Family has severe allergies and animals are not allowed.
Pool and hot tub available for use. Waivers need to be signed before your stay. Please note. The pool is not heated and stays between 76-80 during the late spring, summer and early fall months. The hot tub is heat on demand to the temperature you wish and included in the nightly rate. Other ammenities are waterfall and waterslide. Outdoor decks with dining and sitting areas.
Note: Trampoline on top deck is prohibited from use. Major liability for me and use will be grounds for immediate eviction from the property.

Place was great, perfect sized for what we needed, check-in smooth, and the little extras were much appreciated - we’ll stay again if back in town.

The host was more than gracious, and so helpful accommodating my girlfriend’s physical (ADA) needs. He was responsive, caring, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this intimate stay. We loved using the pool and hot tub, and being so close to the beach. This stay was a truly memorable experience.

Good location. Easy to get to. Very quiet. The pool area was cool and we would have loved to have used it if the weather had been better.
