This brand-new property, completed in 2024, was designed to capture the spirit of the classic Hardelot villas of yesteryear.
Your villa, part of a Hardelotoise complex comprising four accommodations, meets all the latest standards for both soundproofing and energy efficiency.
You’ll love the large picture windows overlooking the outdoors and your spacious terrace, which extends onto a private dune where children can play and adults can relax—or simply enjoy a game of pétanque.
Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, the water sports center, and the resort center—perfect for shopping, strolling, dining out, or simply taking a walk along the seashore. Everything is easily accessible
Step into your vacation rental through a wide hallway leading to the living area, which features a dining nook, a spacious living room with a chaise longue and several chairs, an open kitchen, and an utility room. A pellet stove is available for you to enjoy a safe evening by the fire. The property has a total area of approximately 100 m².
Upstairs, you’ll find a bunk bed in a dedicated alcove for three people, a bedroom with a double bed, a separate half-bath, a private bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a master suite with its own bathroom featuring a shower and sink.
On the second floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a double bed
There is a television on the first floor, and Wi-Fi is freely available
The building is brand-new, completed in 2024.
Whether on one or two floors, all are equipped with at least two separate restrooms, one upstairs and the other on the first floor. Two bathrooms with a shower and sink or a bathtub and sink. Some even have a third bathroom on the first floor that is wheelchair-accessible. Perfect for coming back from the beach.
The first floor consists of a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a living room. A TV is available, and free Wi-Fi is provided.
