Located 24 km from the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, a must-see stop on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route, this house combines modern comfort with authenticity. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large 55 m² living area with a comfortable lounge, a cozy dining room, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere. There are also two bathrooms, one with a toilet.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two with a 140x190 cm double bed, one with two 90x190 cm single beds, one with a 90x190 cm single bed, and a separate toilet.
You'll enjoy a private terrace opening onto an enclosed garden, perfect for al fresco dining with its garden furniture, deckchairs, and charcoal barbecue. At the front of the property, a swing set will delight younger guests, while older guests can have fun around the ping-pong table.
