The accommodation
Stairs are to climb before you can access the apartment!
You enter a magnificent living room/living/dining room with television & wifi.
The separate bedroom with double bed and dressing room.
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, oven/microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with a view of the shared garden.
Large bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer.
Travellers' access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other remarks
Keys are handed over by a member of the team who is present to answer your questions.
*groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed allowed.
*smoking outside only!
*no pets
*no parties! The owner lives in the apartment next door.
We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.
Rental of childcare equipment or fans/auxiliary air conditioners: 50€ (for the entire duration of the stay)
We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.
Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate for any other questions.
Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 &, 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).
In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.
Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and carry out the cleaning at the end of the stay.
Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.
