It consists of a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
This souplex flat is composed as follows:
First floor
- Entrance hall with wardrobe and desk
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A mezzanine with a video projector and catamaran net
- A bathroom with shower and WC separated by a door
Lower level
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and single bed
- Bathroom with bath
Outside area
- A 45 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Montpezat, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

- Walks through the vineyards and along the garrigue paths, within easy walking distance of the accommodation
- Hiking in the Cévennes or around the Gardon river, just a few minutes away by car

- Sommières (15 min): lively medieval village with famous market, Roman bridge and picturesque streets
- Nîmes (30 min): arenas, Maison Carrée, museums, restaurants and shops
- Uzès (30 min): charming historic town, duchy, Provencal market and art galleries
- La Grotte de la Salamandre (30 min): spectacular cave, suitable for all ages
- La Bouscarasse water park (30 min): natural area for all the family with water games
