Vacation Rental Düne 3 was renovated in 2024 and is located at ground level on Kortenkamp in Rettin. It’s just 250 meters from the beautiful Rettin Beach. In the light-filled living room and open kitchen, a large sofa invites you to relax. The apartment features all kinds of amenities. The 55-inch TV is equipped with an Amazon Stick, and there’s a sound system with a JBL soundbar and 100 MB Wi-Fi. On hot days, the air conditioning in the living room provides welcome cooling, and in winter, it ensures efficient heating. You’ll love the bathroom with its walk-in rain shower and heated floors. The terrace is spacious and equipped with an electric awning. A gas grill is available for delicious barbecues—a corner of the terrace is reserved for this purpose. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room (Kortenkamp 1, basement) for a fee. A free parking space is available right outside the door. A public charging station is just 350 m away. Bicycles can be locked to the bike rack outside or stored in the owner’s basement entryway, which you can reach via two flights of stairs in the neighboring building (No. 1). Children are especially welcome in the apartment. The nearby Bauer Martin farm in Bliesdorf is only 4 km away and offers a great variety of activities for children and their companions, even for day visitors. For small purchases, the mini-supermarket 250 m away is open from May through September and even sells fresh rolls.
