The Coast vacation home, which sleeps up to 4 people, is a true hidden gem right on the Baltic Sea, with an exclusive south-facing beachfront location in quiet Brodau. Here, the sun, sea, and salt will captivate your senses!
And the white sandy beach is just a short walk away along a small path.
Spread across two floors, the beach house offers a pure, utterly relaxed vacation atmosphere. The interior design is fresh and elegant: bright white and warm natural tones, combined with stylish maritime black-and-white photographs on the walls.
You can also enjoy a view of the sea from the Coast—albeit a somewhat limited one from the upper floor
Lazy days—whether in the whirlpool tub, the sauna, by the warm wood-burning stove, or sipping a sundowner on the large wooden terrace.
The Coast has two bedrooms in the attic. Room 1 has a double bed, and Room 2 has two single beds. The cozy box-spring beds combine style with exceptional comfort. The house offers a side view of the ocean from the bedroom and is located in the second row.
At the beach house, luxury meets personalized guest service, free Wi-Fi, and child-friendly amenities such as a high chair and travel crib. Use of the washer and dryer is, of course, available. Many useful items are already provided in the beach house, so you don’t need to bring them with you—such as cleaning supplies, dish towels, an ironing board, and an iron.
You can soak up the sun on the elevated wooden deck. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol are all waiting for you. You can reach the beach in just a few steps via your own private access.
Are you bringing your dog to the Baltic Sea? The fenced-in properties are also the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with your four-legged friend.
The dog-friendly beach is just a 10-minute walk away. From September 15 through May 15, you can even take your dog to the beach right from your front door.
