Located between Neustadt and Grömitz (7 km from each), 200 m from the beach and the Baltic Sea, this 75 m² family-friendly vacation bungalow—which sleeps up to 5 people—is situated on a large lot in a small vacation home community. Ocean view included.
The large, densely landscaped, fully fenced property (800 m²) offers plenty of space, peace, and relaxation. Children and dogs can run around freely here.
The south-facing terrace with a large, externally shaded sunroom, the 45 m² west-facing terrace, and the large lawns invite you to sunbathe, play, or barbecue from early morning until evening.
The house features 1 living/sleeping room, 1 large dining hall with a wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Of particular note is the beautiful sunroom, where you can truly enjoy the view and the fresh sea air in any weather. Since it’s shaded by an outdoor awning and features folding sliding doors all around, it’s a pleasure to be in even in full sun.
The large living room, with a view of the sea and the beautiful garden; the dining area with a cozy fireplace; the modern, fully equipped kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed; a bedroom with bunk beds, a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, and a modern bathroom with a shower round out the amenities. The floors of the house are tiled.
The house is equipped with all modern appliances, including satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and more. The kitchen is also equipped with a modern induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and much more. An ironing board and all cleaning supplies are provided in the house.
The soft, natural beach is just a 2-minute walk away via private paths. You’ll find a small supermarket in Rettin, about 1,000 meters away. The restaurant “Brodauer Eiche” (100 m) serves delicious meals and fresh rolls in the morning. The nearest shopping options (Famila, Aldi), as well as a gas station, are a 5-minute drive away in Neustadt.
Your parking space is located on the property next to the house.
For your entertainment, the nearby seaside resort of Rettin—about a 10-minute walk away—offers the following options:
