This charming 24 m² bungalow offers the perfect getaway for up to 2 adults and one child up to 12 years old. Quietly and idyllically situated behind the main house, the single-story bungalow blends harmoniously into the property complex. It is conveniently accessed from the courtyard side.
The bungalow features a well-thought-out layout: The combined living room and bedroom is cozily furnished and offers a comfortable double bed as well as an additional lounge chair for relaxing moments. A rocking chair invites you to browse a book or simply relax, while a tube TV provides the necessary entertainment.
In the separate kitchen, you’ll find a dining table for 4 people and a small kitchenette that’s fully equipped with a stovetop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a toaster. Here you can prepare your favorite meals to your heart’s content. Morning coffee or tea is ready in no time thanks to the coffee maker and electric kettle—the perfect start to the day!
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Practical supplies such as soap, dish soap, and more are also provided.

Come stay at our charming vacation apartment complex, Haus Boettcher, located in a quiet residential area of the idyllic Usedom island town of Karlshagen. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the marina on the Peene River are just 10 to 15 minutes away.
Our complex comprises 4 vacation units, three of which are located at the rear of the building. Vacation apartments 1–3 can accommodate 3 to 5 people and feature convenient ground-level access. Furnished in a bungalow style, they are simply yet lovingly appointed. Apartment 4 is located on the upper floor of the house.
The shared lawn offers a cozy atmosphere and a barbecue area for social evenings.
For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge—please specify this when booking. Bedding is included in the price; towels can be added upon request. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made, so your vacation can begin right away!
If you’re traveling with your own bicycles, you can park them safely on the property. Please note that the apartments are not heated.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 4:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
