Welcome to beachfront paradise! Bora Bora Upper is a bright and airy beachfront holiday apartment located directly on the renowned Paynes Bay Beach, on the captivating West Coast of Barbados. This upper-floor apartment has a lovely covered patio with endless views of the beach and sea in front of you – the perfect place to catch stunning sunsets from or enjoy casual meals with the waves breaking in front of you.
The fan-cooled, open-plan living and dining area boasts high ceilings and opens onto the covered balcony with its stunning beach and ocean views. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, with the master bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom. While the bedrooms have A/C, the living areas have ceiling fans (no A/C).
Bora Bora is the ideal choice for guests in search of a casual, relaxing, and fun-filled vacation in beautiful Barbados. For larger groups or families, consider booking Bora Bora Upper and Bora Bora Lower (ground floor apartment) together to create a private four-bedroom rental option - a rare option on this beach.
There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance, while Holetown is a mere 5-min drive away and has everything from boutique stores to supermarkets, dining and entertainment options. For golf lovers, the famous Sandy Lane Golf Course is a short drive away, offering a world-class golfing experience.
Beach access may vary seasonally.
*Please note that a building two houses north of Bora Bora will be doing some works to their exterior between May to August 15th and some minor noise may be experienced from time to time.

We stayed at Bora Bora Upper, a wonderful perfectly placed property directly on the beach. The home is super clean, well appointment with everything you could possibly need for a week vacation or more. We made ourselves at home waking to Ocean views off the veranda and snorkeling right off the beach.

Our time at Bora Bora may have come to an end, but the memories will remain. Our annual Easter trip to the island would not have been the same without what has truly become our home away from home. From waking up to idyllic views to being just minutes away from some of the best cuisine Barbados has to offer, Bora Bora truly has something special...an “it” factor, as some would say.
We look forward to returning year after year.

Cannot expect something better for a perfect vacation direct on a beautiful beach !
Everything was as expected and the people's we had to deal with were all very nice and helpful.

A very beautiful place, clean and tidy, confortable.The staff kind and cordial, very helpful.We are very much satisfied and willing to recommend it and come back and spend some more time there.
