We stayed for just under 2 weeks and had a great time. The villa has been renovated to a very high standard and had everything we needed for a relaxing 2 weeks in the sun. The pool was very nice and the kids had a great time playing in the pool. The location is ideal, with access to one of Barbados' top beaches being just over the road. Roger was a great host and we really enjoyed our visit.

The updates to this property were amazing. We stayed here 9 hears ago and it doesn’t even look the same. The host was very responsive to any and all communication. While not directly on the beach there are beach/ocean views and a 1 minute walk gets you to the beach.

What a perfect place minutes from the beach and bus stop, so great location in Paynes Bay.The villa is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, with everything you need to make your stay perfect.We loved the pool as some days you dont want sand.It was my 6th stay in Barbados and definately one of my favourite's, thankyou Roger its 5 stars from all of us.

"We had an incredible stay at Roger’s place! We were two couples and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. The location is 10/10—Paynes Bay beach is just steps away and stunningly beautiful. We loved being within walking distance of great local spots like The Breadfruit Leaf. The amenities were top-notch: the air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was super fast, and we spent so much time relaxing by the pool. Roger was a fantastic, attentive host. Highly recommend!"
