The villa is very attractive and it is clear that thought has gone into the furnishing and facilities provided. The pool is great and in a secluded garden. The location is fantastic, especially as one of our party was working at Bellairs Research Institute during the week and that was just ten minutes walk away. The shops and restaurants of Holetown were just ten minutes walk in the opposite direction.
There was a slightly strange array of crockery and only four chairs for the outside table, even though we were five people. But these are only very minor quibbles because asked.

Spacious living area and small, but nice, patio and pool area. Easy walk into Holetown and to the beach. Sarina, the host, was very helpful and friendly.
The villa is very tired and needs a good makeover. We were prepared for that from the photos, however. What was worse than expected was that the kitchen units are falling apart, somewhat, and the pots, pans and glasses are as if they were taken from student accommodation several years ago! Also, the beds and pillows are rather uncomfortable.

Location was great - we loved having the pool and the kids loved the pool disco lights especially. It was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Area felt very safe and was quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to the beach and supermarket and Holetown restaurants. Apartment felt very spacious and staff were helpful and friendly.
Bathrooms are a bit tired and could do with a better shower. Had a few issues as the cleaner we were expecting was unwell that week and a replacement couldn’t be found but they offered us a free airport transfer in compensation which we gratefully accepted.
