Arrived at the house after sunset to a dark house - no porch light or inside light to welcome us. Also, there was no “welcome book/sheet” to show us where to find a/c / heat as well as other house info that most VRBO homes have to help visitors. Kitchen appliances , dishes, etc… need updating or new replacements. No info on when to put trash out for pickup and only one trash bin located. The house itself was beautiful in the historic front interior and had plenty of area for our stay. Need to advertise for adults only given the fine antiques! (Found razor blade on window seal in the sunroom and saw plastic water bottle (?) on 2nd floor ceiling beam.The exterior needs cosmetic work and landscape grooming. Interesting home but not worth the price I paid.
