Stylish two bedroom self-contained holiday studio, adjoining main house, located in a quiet cul de sac in Banksia Beach. This is a getaway in paradise and is the perfect destination for your next holiday or for that special event on Bribie Island. Marina Views is situated only a few minutes drive from the parks, cafes, boat ramp and local shopping centre.
Features include:
• 2 bedrooms featuring one queen sized bed and one double bed
• Kitchenette with microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster
• Ceiling fans
• Air conditioning on request as controlled by the owner
• Smart TV and Wifi
• Modern Bathroom with shower and bath
• Separate toilet
• Outdoor seating area to enjoy the peace and privacy in a beautiful garden setting
A complimentary hospitality pack including tea, coffee, sugar and milk will also be provided.
The studio includes 2 good sized bedrooms, both fitted with quality beds and mattresses.
All linen is provided including 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person provided during the summer months. The bathroom has a modern shower, and a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash is provided for your stay.
Marina Views is a five minute drive or a leisurely walk to the Pumicestone Passage, close to barbeque facilities, children’s playgrounds and walkways.
Take a stroll along the Banksia Beach walkways and soak up the beautiful water views on Sylvan Beach Esplanade. Enjoy a coffee or dine out at the Pacific Harbour Country Club or the Art Gallery.
The studio does not allow pets.
