Very clean, comfortable beds, great location, well resourced kitchen. Walking distance to Sandstone Point where we were attending a music festival and 100m away from Bribie Hotel for dinner.
No hair dryer provided and some of the bins didn’t have bin liners.

It was close to the concert at Sandstone Point
Needed a hairdryer, floors cleaner. A dustpan and broom would have been helpful. Maybe a pest service for the cockroaches.
