Location is nice and quiet and within walking distance to cafe and hotel. Complimentary bottle of wine and water bottles was a welcoming touch.
Strict rules with regards to check-in/check out. Calling management for a maintenance issue but request was responded to very promptly for a Friday afternoon.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, short walk to the water. Loved finding ice in the freezer for my drink!
Struggled a bit to find the right property at night.

very comfy bed easy access to sandstone point hotel
no locks on bathroom slider toilet door was removed in favour of a vinyl slider that also had no lock no extraction fan in bathroom bathroom sink plug didn’t work properly no aircon in lounge or second bedroom dated
