This noble house, situated right next to the historic convent in the heart of Dénia’s old town, offers more than just accommodation – it offers an experience. Here, history lives on in harmony with modern comfort.

The property features six elegant double mini-suites, each with its own private bathroom, and one charming single room, also with a private bath – comfortably hosting up to thirteen guests. All floors are fitted with waterborne underfloor heating, providing enveloping warmth and comfort during the cooler months of the year.

Guests particularly appreciate the unique opportunity to explore the entire old town on foot. From the house, you can stroll to the castle, the harbour, charming restaurants, and the long, golden beaches – all without ever needing a car.

The old town is filled with hidden courtyards, quiet alleyways and forgotten corners that most tourists never find. And for those who wish, there’s the chance to blend into the rhythm of local life, in a town where traditions and daily routines have remained largely unchanged for more than a century.
