    Sir/Madam I had booked Hotel O Alappuzha Town in Alleppey for 24th September to 25th September for one night. I was coming from Thekkady to Alleppey in morning with my family including senior citizen, I tried to locate the hotel location but couldn't find the location. I was roaming here and there with my senior citizen parents. No hotel phone number given in app. Then I tried to contact customer care number given in Agoda help line. It was connected to OYO customer care. They also were not able to contact the hotel manager or owner. Later in near locality of given location of hotel, it found that hotel is closed due to maintenance. I was roaming about two and half hours with my old parents. Later customer care of OYO offer me other hotel Hotel O Alleppey Inn which was 8 kms from that location. On reaching there, the hotel manager given us two room having small cramped toilets and stringent & foul smell was coming from both the room. Later after compaint to OYO, the hotel manager changed only one room. In night, there was bed bugs in the mattress of room. We were unable to sleep that night. Also, as per my booking breakfast was included but no breakfast was offered. Hence, in this regard I am going to file formal complaint to the concerned authorities for mental agony and of refund of my booking amount. Regards
