    The resort located at center place and rooms are clean and neat. Room service was very poor, swimming pool water was not clean.

    Resort is very nice for stay & play area for children's is very big. Also so many different types of birds there which are another one attraction.

    Reviews Pagoda : It is a perfect case to see how once a beautiful hotel turns into a poor state of affairs . Literally no maintenance of rooms it seems. Curtain rods bend, curtains falling, furniture old, bathroom ok type, pool literally pathetic with no maintenance it seems. Pool side dirty. Only positive thing is that it has good park within campus where kids can play around. But even in that case also I must say that the games zone in the park are also old and not maintained at all. The in-campus ayurveda massage centre also needs rejuvenation. Overall an old hotel that needs immediate upgrade. The only thing I liked was the dinner . Food quality was good. Breakfast was ok. With North Indian options like puri available. Only non veg in breakfast was boiled egg. But food quality was good. The so called gym is pathetic with non functional and dusty items. Overall 2 out of 5.

    Very Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended! ​My stay at this resort was extremely disappointing. The room lacked basic maintenance and cleanliness. Here are the major issues I faced: ​The room was not clean. Dust on table top and all over. ​Many of the lights in the room were not working. ​The AC had very poor cooling. ​There are three doors and 2 doors wouldn't close properly, and worse, the toilet door didn't even have a lock. This is completely unacceptable. ​Basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided. ​There was a terrible mosquito problem in the room. ​Overall, it was a frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.
