Very bad experience this time. I have stayed here several times before, but this was the worst experience so far. The room had a serious mosquito problem, and there was no mosquito repellent available. There was also a gap under the bathroom door through which many mosquitoes entered the room. The fan regulator was not working properly either. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

I had booked a premium room on Sunday, but I was provided with a local/standard room instead, even though I had already paid the full amount for a premium room.
Furthermore, the lady at the reception was extremely rude. Previous staff members here always exhibited good behavior, but this person had no idea how to treat or communicate with customers properly. I have nothing to say to the hotel management for employing such an irresponsible receptionist.
In the past, I always chose Venice Rosedale whenever I visited Alleppey solely because of how well the previous staff treated us. However, yesterday's incident completely ruined that trust. I have never encountered such a terrible receptionist until now, and because of this awful experience, I will never choose this hotel again.
