Nestled in, "The Gateway to the Adirondacks, just minutes from Saratoga and Lake George, this enchanting efficiency apartment features 1 cozy bedroom with a full bed, a bathroom with a refreshing shower, a kitchenette with all the essential amenities and a living area with a dedicated workspace. With Roku TV and WiFi the welcoming atmosphere of this space makes it a great place to call work or home while you're away. The private entrance is adjacent to our single family home situated far back from the road, with a front porch surrounded by woods for you to enjoy. The unit comes fully furnished and offers laundry services available for long-term stays. With a microwave, induction cook top and fridge, it's a perfect place if you're staying in the area for work or visiting for the summer when a hotel room just won't do!
Other things to know; This is a wonderful region with outdoor activities such as lakes, golfing, tennis, white-water rafting, amusement parks, festivals and a lot of outdoor music! We have amazing parks with hiking and biking trails, great local restaurants, museums, theater, shopping outlets and so much more. I will gladly give you my suggestions for things to do and the local places I like best. If you have a bike, feel free to bring it along. You can store it safely on the property. Pet policy; 1 well-behaved dog under 50 lbs will be allowed for an additional fee with proof of shots. Pets must be registered with you before coming onto the property. Renters are responsible for waste clean-up and any damage done to the walls, floors, furniture, etc. There are 2 friendly dogs on the property that can play or avoid depending on how they get along. Dogs can not be left alone if they are barkers. Day care is available at an additional charge if you want to enjoy long days or side-trips to help you enjoy your visit when you can't bring along your pup. This property is monitored and registered with a security alarm program for your assurance.

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Lake George area! It is very close to all the major attractions while also being in a peaceful and secluded setting in the woods off the main road. The host (Donna) is a very nice woman and was very willing to share her knowledge of thpe area with us. A bonus if you are a dog lover is that Donna has two very cute dogs who are happy to play with you if you want. Thanks for the laughs to our canine hosts Zoey & Gator!The accomodations were a bit smaller than what we had hoped for, but the listing is accurate. It is just hard sometimes to get an idea on the size of a listing from the pictures. Still, given the price compared to other listings in the area, we felt this was very good value for the money.

The apartment was very nice. Although small it had everything we needed. The host Debbie was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the quiet woodsy setting that was so near everything.
