About this house rental
Hens & Chickens Cottage, one of the 5 cottages at Cozy Nook, is a lovely 2 story cottage located in the middle of our property. The 1st floor has a living room, a small sunroom, dining room and kitchen with a large refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full bed and two twins and the other has a queen bed. Linens and Towels will NOT be provided. Also available for your enjoyment is a lovely porch with swing, yard for playing your favorite Summer games, grill, fire pit and outdoor table/seating.
Interesting note-Radium Girls (2020), starring Joey King and Abby Quinn was partially filmed in this cottage! Appeared on Netflix on January 17th 2021!
Hens & Chickens Cottage at Cozy Nook is just two minutes from the Main Strip in Lake George and three Minutes from the Lake George Shopping Outlets. The town beach is 1.5 miles from Cozy, the bike trail is directly across the street, bring the bikes, bring the kids and have some fun on the bike trail.
Weekly rentals preferred in July and August.

We had a wonderful time staying at Hens and Chickens. The cottage is adorable and met all of our needs. The property was great as well and we had privacy while also feeling the security of having others nearby. It was also great having the convenience of the dumpster, and being very close to downtown, the outlets, the waterpark, etc. Lauren was a fabulous host and was quick to respond to the few questions I had. I'd say the biggest shock for us was the lack of outlets in the bedrooms (I believe there was only one per bedroom), but it's completely expected given the age of the cottage and it was nothing that took away from our trip. Wonderful cottage/property with great hosts!

The cottage provided everything we were expecting. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Although, we did not need to contact the owner; she left very clear options to do so. The instructions were very clear.

The house was even nicer than the photos indicated and very clean. It's a bit out of town - you will need a car or at least a bike. The quiet hours were followed/enforced. The property was well-maintained. Basics were provided. We had no complaints and would return.
