The Gîte du Petit Bois Joli is a small semi-detached house adjoining the owners' house, situated in a quiet location with charming views of the countryside (cows, horse), 10 km from the beach, 12 km from Pornic, and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property. A garage for motorcycles/bicycles is also available.
There is a 200 m² terrace and unfenced garden (south-facing).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (with a high-quality sofa bed 140x190 cm) and a shower room/WC.
Upstairs/mezzanine: 1 open bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be joined together).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair, 2 adult bicycles, tumble dryer.
Boat trips with the owner are available, and airport transfers are available upon request.
Included: electricity, electric heating, and bed linen (beds made upon arrival). Not included: towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and tourist tax.
Pets allowed (deposit €100).
