Apartment T2, facing south, newly refurbished, in a quiet and closed residence, direct access to the customs path, and beach below.
10 minutes walk by the coast of the Thalasso.
All the furnishings and equipment of the apartment are new.
You will enjoy the garden furniture and deckchairs on the large balcony, not overlooked, facing the sea, the view is beautiful!
IMPORTANT: a deposit of 200 Euros will be required on your arrival, and returned when you leave. Bed linen rental package: 40 € Cleaning package: 40 €

The apartment is located a very attractive 20-minute walk from the town centre. Located in a gated community with a specific parking place, it is very secure. The community residents (owners and renters) are a mix of older couples and young families, but it is quiet at night. The apartment, on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building has a balcony with a beautiful sea view. While it is quite small, it is very well provided for. The bedroom is rather small - the double bed fills almost the entire space - but very comfortable; and the wardrobe space in the hall is fine. The owner is charming and very helpful. We are more than happy to recommend it!

Beautiful area and private access to lovely secluded beaches, as described.
No hand towels provided in bathroom, just two large bath towels. May seem small complaint, but considering we had to pay extra on arrival for linen and towels and extra for cleaning, they should have been provided. No iron to use with the ironing board.The bedroom is totally unsuitable for two adults with minimal space on one side for two people to navigate. Shower rim around bottom is quite soiled and not properly cleaned at all. A large hole in the corner of living room ceiling. Overall couldn’t fault the location but the bedroom is unsatisfactory. Pity!!
