Cocoonr∕Book&pay agency offers this house for rent in Cléden-Cap-Sizun, close to the sea, with a surface area of 90 m² and accommodating up to 5 guests. It comprises a
40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m². Sheets and towels are included, so all you need to do is arrive!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: one single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, unfenced garden of 3,000 m²
- A 24 m² south-facing terrace and an 18 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Cléden-Cap-Sizun, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Coastal hikes on the customs officers' path (GR34) with spectacular views of the ocean
- Surfing at the renowned spots in the Baie des Trépassés (approx. 10 min by car)
- Sea trips and excursions to the Île de Sein from the port of Audierne
- Fishing by the sea, on foot or by boat
- Visit to the Pointe du Raz and the Pointe du Van: iconic wild landscapes of Brittany
- Discover the small sheltered ports typical of the region, such as Pors Loubous and Pors Théolen
- Port of Audierne: market, shops, restaurants, walks along the waterfront
- Visit to the Île de Sein (departing from Audierne, boat crossing)
- Port-Musée de Douarnenez: interactive maritime museum and activities for children
- Port of Douarnenez: charming port town to explore
- Town of Quimper: historic center, cathedral, museums, pottery factories (approx. 45 min)
- Village of Locronan: medieval town listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France (approx. 40 min)
