About this apartment rental
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect small space for your next Mammoth vacation. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, tucked away in the downtown area. There are limited steps to enter this property, no stairs inside the property, and a convenient keypad entry for self-check-in.
The living space is open and cozy, with comfortable furnishings, wood burning fireplace, TV w/ smart features, and a little “sunroom” with large windows overlooking the shared backyard and pine tree forest. The couch can be used as a twin futon and has a twin sized trundle. The dining area has a nice sized table with seating for 6. Off the dining area is a private covered deck overlooking the beautiful scenery.
The kitchen has upgraded appliances and comes fully equipped for cooking a nice meal. There is a shared HOA BBQ in the spa area (available during summer months only.)
The bedroom is located off the main living area. It offers a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser space, and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
In the hallway, there is an in-unit laundry station w/ washer/dryer.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
