This easily accessible ground-floor corner unit has no stairs for entry and offers 2 unassigned parking spaces out front. The open, bright floor plan features ceramic tile throughout and an upgraded pellet stove.
The primary bedroom includes a firm California king Tempur-Pedic bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living room features a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, flat-screen Smart TV, complimentary Netflix, cable, Wi-Fi, and access to a private deck.
The redesigned kitchen includes new appliances, spacious counters, and is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and dishware. The dining area provides plenty of seating for meals and gatherings. A stackable washer and dryer are also included in the unit for guest convenience.
Guests enjoy access to Wildflower's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, and BBQ grills, located just 150 feet from the unit. Laundry facilities are also available near the on-site office with QR code instructions on the machines.
Complimentary internet, cable, and Netflix are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues. Please note: smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the condo, on the deck, or within 25 feet of the building per HOA rules. A Ring camera is located at the front door for security.
