Located in the quiet Arrowhead Condos complex, you'll enjoy a private, spacious stay while being close to everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer.
The ground floor features the primary suite with a queen bed, TV, private ensuite bathroom, and access to a deck, along with an attached one-car garage and an additional outdoor parking space in front. Upstairs on the second level, you'll find an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for six, and a cozy living room with a large TV, wood-burning fireplace, and private deck. This level also has the second bedroom with a queen bed and TV, as well as a full bathroom. The third level is the loft sleeping area, which includes two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of TVs in every bedroom and the living room, a wood-burning fireplace to keep warm in the winter months, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware, appliances, and essentials you need for your stay. Good location but the place needs an upgrade. Furniture old and broken. Not enough seating in living room area. Bedding needs improvement. The parking spaces very convenient
