Welcome to Surf & Turf, a stunning home located in The Hammocks of The Currituck Club. This calypso model offers over 2,790 square feet of heated living space, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a tower room currently used as a fifth sleeping area with two twin beds and a private full bath.

Inside, the spacious top-floor tower room features a Juliette balcony, ocean and sound views, and a full hall bath.
On the main level, you'll find an open kitchen with new appliances, a pantry, a kitchen island that seats four, and a conveniently located half bath. Flowing into a well-lit vaulted great room with an electric fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are also two dining areas: one ideal for larger gatherings and another for casual meals, both with access to the upper-level sun decks.
