The home is beautifully decorated and includes 4 bedrooms with their own baths and a private pool and hot tub. Need to sit back and relax? Here are all the spots you can do it in this home:
*family room - while watching the 55 inch TV
*Upstairs den - while playing board games or quietly reading
*Rec Room - we have turned the garage into an awesome room, complete with 55 inch TV, wii, A/C, couch, foosball table and toys bins
*Screened porch
*2 balconies - relaxing in the adirondack chairs
*By the pool - sitting on the chaises or patio furniture
The Currituck Club is a wonderful community with pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym, bike paths and beautiful grounds. The neighborhood has a very resort feel and also has many planned activities and events throughout the summer. The main beach access about 5 minutes away and includes bathrooms, showers and a snack shack. In the summer a trolley service will take you right to the beach and a helpful valet service will take all of your belongings down to the ocean. You may also drive if you prefer.

Upstairs King Bedroom - includes balcony, private bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower and double sinks
Bunk Room - twin over full bunk beds as well as a twin trundle bed, private bathroom with tub/shower.
Upstairs Queen Bedroom - Queen bed with private bathroom with shower.
We also have backpack style beach chairs for your use, gas grill, and a nicely equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances
Please note - there is no on street parking allowed in the neighborhood. Our driveway can fit two cars with ease and possibly 4 cars if they are smaller. No RV or trailer parking is allowed, however there is off site parking for these vehicles nearby for a small fee.

House worked well for our family of 4 for a long Labor Day weekend stay. We always stay in the Currituck Club when visiting the Outerbanks so knew what to expect from the neighborhood, etc. House cleanliness was consistent with beach rental standards. House was stocked with what we needed - beach chairs were a nice touch (and they were in good condition). Pictures are accurate. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and 1 is downstairs -- the King master is up and the Queen master in on the main level. A plus of the house is that all bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The updstairs den area is also a plus - worked well for morning yoga practice. The rec room is the finished garage - we did not use but would be a great kid hang out area. Had a nice fooseball table that we meant to use but didnt get around to. We also enjoyed using the hot tub which was clean and in good condition. House did show some wear and tear (maybe from end of season?) - screen porch door didn't close all the way, outdoor pool area light switch was broken, a kitchen cabinet was off the hinge, etc. Thought we had a hot water issue but turned out that it was just still heating up after storms knocked out power the night before - owner responded quickly to have someone come check on. Had also reported multiple light bulbs out to the owner at the same time but those were not addressed during our stay which did pose minor inconveniences (eg couldn't read in bed at night at light on night stand didnt work).

We came to celebrate milestone birthdays and Father’s Day. Beautiful neighborhood, golf course and amenities. The house was clean and well-decorated- we truly enjoyed the family time out back in the pool/hot tub!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Very accommodating! Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Lots of things to do at this community and the surrounding area.
