About this house rental
The Cocoonr∕Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Villeneuve-le-Roi. It has a surface area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a garden of approximately 20 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels are included. Raised ground floor, accessible via a few steps:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a single bed and a queen-size bed (160×200)
- An office
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Basement:
- Laundry room
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² enclosed garden
- A 4 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-le-Roi, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Walk in the Parc de la Saussaie-Pidoux, ideal for family outings
- Explore the banks of the Seine, perfect for walking or cycling
- Port aux Cerises leisure centre in Draveil (water sports, tree climbing, mini golf, swimming pool)
