Discover the charm of this Caribbean-style villa, nestled in a peaceful residence. Just a few steps from the white sandy beach, you'll also enjoy the proximity of the village and all its amenities, including restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The villa is surrounded by palm trees and has its own garden. Relax by the swimming pool and shared picnic area, perfect for socializing.
The accommodation
The villa “La Lomita” is just a 10-minute walk from the magnificent white sandy beach of Popi and 5 minutes from the lively village of Las Terrenas.
It is also located in a secure residence with surveillance. The villa has two bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and fan, and two full bathrooms. The pleasant living room has a wide opening onto the outside, where you'll find a comfortable terrace and a private garden. You'll also benefit from Wi-Fi Internet access and two workspaces.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, gas stove, microwave and cooking utensils. It includes a bar area opening onto the terrace, a kitchen counter and a breakfast bar.

Parking: The villa has its own private parking lot.
Security: The residence is secure and surveillance is provided at night.
Linen provided: Sheets, bath and beach towels are provided.
Housekeeping can be arranged on request and at your expense.

The house has an inverter, which ensures electricity in the event of a power cut for a few hours.

Ground-floor bedroom: This room features two single beds, a dedicated workspace and a private bathroom. It is also equipped with air conditioning and a fan.
Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals.
Communal areas :
Swimming pool and relaxation area: Enjoy the pool and lobby, accessible just a few steps from the garden, open until 10 pm.
Electricity:
Electricity charges: Electricity is billed separately at the standard rate of 15 DOP per kWh (generally less than US$2 per day). We will provide you with a photo of the meter upon arrival and departure, as well as the total, which must be paid upon departure.
