About this house rental
Traditional villa fully renovated with care, cozy decor and a warm atmosphere to make you feel at home. It offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a TV lounge, a hammock, and a spacious terrace. Surrounded by a lush, well-maintained tropical garden. Private pool. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Just 300 meters from Popy Beach. Ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends.
Life in this villa is perfectly organized on the ground floor, where you'll find a spacious, fully covered terrace with a lounge and dining area, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen opens up to the entire main floor, connecting seamlessly with the TV room and the master bedroom, which features a large KING-size bed (200×200) and a full bathroom.
Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a Queen-size bed (160×190) and the other with two Twin beds (100×190). Each room has its own color scheme, creating unique and cozy atmospheres. A spacious bathroom is shared by both rooms.
The villa is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, from a toaster to an oven, fridge, and microwave. Nothing is missing or unnecessary; every detail has been carefully considered. It also features an inverter and eight batteries to provide backup power during occasional outages, keeping lights and fans running at all times.
A true atmosphere of relaxation and vacation.
For your informaiton,
Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.
For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.
Additional conditions,
- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.
- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

This work is not part of our property and is being carried out independently by another owner within the complex. As a result, there may be occasional noise during daytime hours. We want to be fully transparent so you can make an informed decision before confirming your reservation.*
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

You have a lovely home. However, it would have been better without all the noise from the work going on next door, which we weren't told about. We could not enjoy the patio or the pool due to that. And to be honest, I never felt as awkward as I did when they came to count every single item in front of us to make sure we didn't steal anything. I've stayed in many properties, and this never had to be done.
