About this villa rental
The tranquility and the proximity of the shops, the center of the village and the beaches offer perfect assets for your family holidays. Beautiful fully equipped house 3 air-conditioned rooms on one level, pool and private non heated jacuzzi for privileged moments of relaxation. The mezzanine offers a fourth double bed and a reading area that will appeal to the little ones. Villa equipped with inverters to overcome the cuts of the country. Beautiful house on one level fully equipped. Three air-conditioned rooms king size bed 200 * 200 and bathroom, swimming pool and privative Jacuzzi for privileged moments of relaxation. The mezzanine offers a 4th queen size bed 160 * 190 and a reading corner, the stairs are a little steep, do not provide for people with reduced mobility.
Well maintained villa close beach and center, in quiet and secured residential. Large terrace with dining area and sitting area so that life is organized outside the villa without being disturbed by the passing rains.
Private pool - unheated jacuzzi and private parking.
Fridge and dishwasher as well as a comfortable corner sofa in the living room. Safe at your disposal.
No swimming pool in the Dominican Republic is equipped with protection or alarm warning of the fall of a person in the water. Be careful.
For your information :
Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed accordingly to the legal rate in force in the village.
The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.
A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes, and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

I will like to say that from the booking to the End The Communications was great, even when We were delay Gustavo made everything work and was always willing to help. there was an instance when we lost water and in minutes there was a person onsite getting the pump to work. Great place to relax.Like everything in life not everything is perfect but given the communication and the dedication this group has the availability to be able to work with.thank You and kerp the great work.

Home is close to the shops and beach with easy access to restaurants, bars, and small shops. Located in a small gated community with its own privacy, it is quite and safe.
The home is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. It has a small wash machine and a patio grill/bbq.
Electric for the week ran about $40.
Would stay here again. Nice place to relax and unwind.

We arrived at the house around 5:30. There was nobody to greet us and we had to wait. After 3 minutes of arrival, the electricity turned off and the inversol was not working.
The electricity didn't come back until around 8:00. Once the electricity came on; it was a really wonderful and beautiful house.
We thought the people would come and clean. A lady came one time during our 10 day stay. She changed changed the sheets on the beds and mopped a bit but a lot was left untouched.
The house is in wonderful location. It's close to the beach and the colmado is nearby.
Be careful with the electricity because it's so expensive.
There was a leak in the master bedroom after a heavy rain on our last day.
This place is almost perfect but not quite there. I would certainly recommend it for a large group and this could be a perfect 10 with a few changes.
