Electricity is included during your stay at no extra cost!
In addition, the community has a large generator to provide electricity to all apartments in the event of a power outage.

A Laundry Room with a stackable Washer & Dryer machine is available too!
The balcony has a lovely view of the garden. You can take a nap in the afternoon and enjoy the summer breeze while relaxing in the hammock!
The apartment is conveniently located 10-15 minutes walking from downtown Terrenas however, we recommend you to have a vehicle or four wheels to go explore the surroundings of LT and what this beautiful province has to offer!
As our guest you will have access to all amenities of our gated community, Swimming Pool, BBQ areas, Gazebos, etc
