Welcome to your peaceful coastal retreat in Carlsbad, just steps from pristine beaches. This private 1,300 sq. ft. rental is ideal for 30+ day stays and offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for professionals, digital nomads, or extended getaways. The home features 2 queen bedrooms, each with a dedicated workspace, along with 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking, and access to a heated community pool. Thoughtfully designed for both productivity and relaxation, the space provides a calm, functional environment in a charming beach town setting, just moments from the ocean and all that Carlsbad has to offer. No A/C fans are provided.

Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Identity Verification Guests are required to complete a separate identity verification process within 24 hours of booking. The link is texted to your phone. This protects you and us against fraud.
