About this house rental
Fantastic location only 2 minutes to Brownwood Square with nightly music from 5-9pm, shopping and dining. So close to the pool and pickleball courts you can walk from the screen porch! Comfy sofa with recliners for napping and watching TV. Fully equipped kitchen, even a grill. I don't like to pay cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too........so I don't charge them! Golf cart can be available for additional fee.

Beautiful home, clean & the pool is steps away! Great location to be immersed in everything The Villages has to offer! As a Realtor, I'd refer this home to out-of-town buyers looking to rent while they shop for a new home.

Wow! I’ve stayed at many properties over the years including some very nice ones and a couple of ones that made me consider motel 6. This one by far takes the cake. When I say the host provided every single thing you can think of, it doesn’t do it justice. The home was immaculate, very high quality furnishings, linens, and appliances. I felt like I was in my own home. The host checked in before my stay and was very accommodating and provided the name of my contact who was equally accommodating. I was a little leery about The Villages because I’m from the area originally and heard about the “fun” but I had zero issues and it is truly an upscale area that doesn’t disappoint. I will definitely stay here again,

Property listing is accurate. 3 nice size bedrooms . 1 bedroom with its own bathroom you could consider a master, and the other 2 bedrooms are joined by a second bathroom. A sliding door allows you to make it a 2 bedroom private area for families with children . The house is located right behind the community rec center which allows you to walk to the pool , tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffle board and more. House is extremely clean and dog friendly . Sherri the host is very quick to respond and took care of every little request we had including getting us pool passes !!
