    The hotel was very clean especially the public spaces at the basement. I was grateful with the staff because they were very reponsive with all our questions and request. Early check-in was not possible but we were able to store our luggages at the lobby. The bathroom was cleaned everyday. There is a microwave at the lobby with a cafe beside it for your breakfast runs. All the bus stop and train station that we need to catch was just about a 5-min walking radius on a flat ground.

    Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, loads of local food places and very easy access to go around Seoul. Highly recommended

    I'm satisfied with my stay, I will come back next time. Friendly front desk and cafe staff, no issues communicating in English. Comfortable and clean room. Convenient location, lots of good food around here. Thank you!

    Amazing stay! The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it daily and replacing the towels. I accidentally left my watch charger behind, but after i emailed them, they kindly kept it safe for me until i returned from Jeonju to collect it. Highly recommend staying here👍
