The room provided was more like a dormitory and did not have an attached toilet. The common toilet arrangement, shared by all guests, was neither communicated in advance nor mentioned in the Agoda room description. The room contained someone else's clothes hanging inside and personal belongings stored on the loft, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained.
There were two common toilets, but one remained locked, leaving only one toilet for all guests. The bedsheet had visible footprints, and the blanket provided had an unpleasant smell. The room had only a single wall-mounted fan, which was not providing adequate airflow. Although a DG backup system was available, there was a power outage during the night and no one started the generator.
The only positive aspect of the stay was the caretaker, who was friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout.
