    Had a two day stay recently and had a okaish to bad experience. TV was not working which got replaced the other day which again didn’t worked after an hour. No bedsheet was changed in two days even after asking. Fan was hanging from ceiling as of it would just fall if you turn it on. Rooms are not what they look like in photos and are not well maintained at all. Food is okaish in taste. Location is somewhat good with view but not worth the money

    We paid 6k per night and it was the worst stay ever. Very very disappointing and dirty place . Why the hell you take so much money for such unhygienic and disgusting place. We booked our stay for 2 days but we couldn’t stay even for 12hours so we checked out from there. It’s almost 1km away from main road and the road towards the resort is horrible. Full muddy car tyres can get stuck we somehow reached the resort but when we saw the property it was disgusting. Plus no network and worst wifi speed. Food was ok. I really can’t trust Agoda anymore because this resort has 7star rating and it was disappointing. Really not worth it please don’t book this stay and waste money please see the attached images

    Worst worst worst experience. We have booked so many hotels from Agoda who had good ratings but this stay had good ratings so we booked but we totally wasted our money. We booked the stay for 2 days but as soon as we entered the room the experience was worst very dirty room. Dirty walls, dirty bed, dirty curtains it was very pathetic. *** per night was a total waste. We immediately checked out the next day and our next day stay also we cancelled with zero refund because we couldn’t stay anymore. For what the stay is *** no idea but I do not recommend this stay to anyone. It’s almost 1km inside from road side and the road is horrible. Car can get stuck in mud so horrible that road is.

    The location is good, but rooms are basic not worth. Charges are too high. Food was good. Singers were not good. Swimming pool is very small not well maintained. They can use freshwater as freshwater body is beside it. Gutters are open n smelling. They can add activities for kids .. kids get bored.
