    "My stay at The Grand Resort was very good overall. The biggest highlight of the resort is its huge swimming pool with a beautiful mountain view, which made the experience truly enjoyable. The resort offers many complimentary activities including a turf ground, cycling, archery, shooting games, chess, ludo, table tennis, and a dedicated kids' play area. Another major plus is that the resort is pure vegetarian, which was a big advantage for us. The food was good and the vegetarian dining experience added to our comfort. The only drawback was that the pool-side room felt a bit old, and the door lock was loose and needs maintenance. Apart from that, everything was pleasant. Overall, a great family-friendly resort with excellent recreational facilities, a fantastic swimming pool, and beautiful mountain views. I would definitely recommend it, especially for vegetarian families and weekend getaways."

    I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction and frustration regarding our stay at The Grand Resort, Igatpuri, where we had planned to spend two days. Unfortunately, the experience was shockingly poor, highly unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a property that claims to be a “resort” of this category. To begin with, the behavior of the staff — including the reception team — was outright rude, dismissive, and uncooperative. At no point did we feel welcomed or valued as guests. Their attitude reflected a complete lack of basic hospitality training and customer service standards. Secondly, we were wrongly charged extra for our 8-year-old child, despite your official website clearly stating that children of this age stay free. This misleading policy and inconsistency borders on deceptive and left us feeling cheated. Furthermore, charging additional fees for essentials such as drinking water and ice cubes is both unreasonable and embarrassing for a hotel charging premium tariffs. These are basic amenities that are complimentary even in budget hotels — charging for them reflects extremely poor service standards and a money-grabbing approach. The room itself was disappointingly small, poorly justified for the high tariff we paid, and nowhere close to what one would expect for the price range. While your rates compete with high-end hotels, your service quality is unfortunately closer to nonexistent. Overall, this stay was absolutely not worth the money. The entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below any acceptable hospitality standards. I strongly urge the management to take these issues seriously, review their service practices, and make immediate improvements, because at present, this property does not live up to its own claims or pricing in any way. I expect this feedback to be acknowledged and addressed appropriately.
