    Very near the station so it was so convenient. They clean the rooms everyday too. We just had a late check-in fee because we areived after 11pm but otherwise, worth the money

    this is the 1st time that a hotel is charging late check-in for a guest who had paid the night stay already. also, we had to do the check in procedure to a different hotel and afterwards go back to the hotel otar. they were not even considering how exhausted we are with the travel. i will not recommed this hotel. the only thing thats good is the room, its clean and spacious. i requested for a large bed but still they gave me twin bed. so overall its a No.

    Only saving grace is location -close to tram, bus and Metro stations. Reception is always empty. If you arrive early (before 3pm) you are asked to go to Oya hotel reception- 5 minutes walk. But with luggage, it can take even 8 minutes. And breakfast is not available and again walk .. in the OTAR hotel rooms no hot water available in the shower - they even changed my room , but still no hot water . Walking in the cold weather for breakfast daily and without hot water in the bathrooms and reception desk unmanned most times with no intercoms in the room - miserable stay
