Stayed here during the World Ophthalmology Congress 2026, and it was an excellent choice. The location was especially convenient since it was close to the Prague Congress Centre, and I also appreciated being within walking distance of Vyšehrad, which is a beautiful place to visit after conference hours.
The hotel itself was very professional, and the staff were consistently courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. The surrounding neighborhood was also pleasantly quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep despite being in a major city.
The room did get a little warm at times, but Prague was experiencing a heat wave during my visit, so I don't think that was representative of normal conditions. Aside from that, I had a comfortable stay.
I also enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. The food was good, and it was convenient to have quality dining options on-site after long days at the conference. A small gesture that I really appreciated was that the staff provided bottled water to guests upon checkout, which was thoughtful, especially before traveling.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again, particularly for anyone attending events at the Prague Congress Centre or looking for a quieter area while still having easy access to Prague's attractions.

I understand that my reservation was non-refundable and that the cancellation deadline had passed. However, I had to cancel due to an unexpected family medical emergency. I hoped the hotel would show some understanding by offering a full or partial refund, or at least the option to move my stay to different dates. Unfortunately, no assistance or flexibility was offered, which was very disappointing.
