Centralissima Collegatissima

It was a very warm and happy stay. Andrea is a wonderful host. From the very beginning, he kindly introduced me to good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and gave me many practical suggestions for visiting Rome. The apartment has two rooms and is full of lovely little paintings and books, which made it feel very cozy and special. It is also well equipped with everything I needed. I accidentally left many important things in the apartment, and Andrea was very careful and kind enough to keep them safe for me and give them back when I arrived in Rome for the second time. I truly appreciate his help. I highly recommend this warm and beautiful little home to everyone. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Excelente atención y ubicación. Limpio, organizado y contábamos con todo para cocinar, lavar , organizarnos y estábamos estratégicamente cerca de todo.

Mi familia y yo estábamos conscientes de que el apartamento era en un sótano por ende abríamos la ventanas cuando no estábamos en casa para su ventilación y el ruido es el normal ya que estamos por todos lados rodeados de transportes. Es magnífico el punto de ubicación. Es más lo positivo que lo que pueda molestarte las cosas.

Отличное место расположение! В одном квартале большой супермаркет, в двух квартал метро Манзони. Прямо у двери трамвайная остановка. Это как минус, так и плюс( от трамвая и дороги ночью шумно), До вокзала Термини 12 минут пешком! До Коллизея 25 минут пешком Через дорогу бар и пиццерия и магазинчик. Чистое белье! Удобные кровати. Тепло, в апартаментах есть свой газовый котел! Есть минимальный набор посуды и плита.

Немного пыльно по углам, мебель не новая( но это не критично). Маловато света, так как это полуподвал.

La situation géographique était pratique .la surface habitable bien

Un appartement qui mériterait un raffraichissement ... la cabine de douche vétuste avec une colonne de douche complètement HS . Gros point noir pour nous etranger , la Wiffi existante mais qui ne fonctionne pas .
