Very clean and very kind owner

The staff/owner of the property are supper co-operative and nice. Had a booking then had to change my visit date. They were supper understanding and change it for me. I have been to this place before very nice.

Good weekend accommodation for contractors

Second time staying here, absolutely ideal for a contractor who needs weekend accommodation.

Unfortunately, a few little glitches, the lock on the apartment door developed a fault and couldn’t be closed securely, however a contractor was sent out and although it wasn’t fixed properly a workaround was found. There was also a loose carpet grip between the kitchen and Lounge but I believe this is getting sorted when the lock gets fixed. Overall though this wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Nicely set out small apartment which is basically a terraced house split into two standalone flats. Good location for Aldi, Cleethorpes, shops in general and close to the main A180 road route. Good modern decor, and really good facilities which included a washer and dryer, fridge, coffee/tea, oven/hob, microwave, 2 smart TVs and an impressive walk in shower.

Couple of little bits of slightly scruffy decor inside (loose/missing carpet edge grips and ceiling finish strip) but that’s really being super critical, if these were sorted though this apartment would be literally perfect and well worth the cost. Also the door to the garden did not open correctly, I was told this was due to be replaced.

Nice little apartment - isnt the cheapest but is tastefully decorated and has everything you need.

2 smart TVs with YouTube etc, kitchen had all facilities cutlery etc, location is pretty central just down from main road through cleethorpes. Neat little back garden out the back, comfortable bed, good shower.

Check in - was bursting for toilet when I got there as had been driving for hours but I had to ring a number and get them to open the door but it was the wrong number on the confirmation email from booking.com - they resolved it but it would be alot smoother process if there was a keysafe outside. Is just a minor thing that could be improved.

Everything it was a lovely apartment

I can’t complain on anything as it was only a short trip But would highly recommend it and definitely stay here again. And a big thank you to the owners for getting us back into the property to locate my partners car keys. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment

It was tastefully decorated very comfy home from home stay . With lovely garden area to sit out and everything you could need at hand . The host was very pleasant to deal with I would highly recommend to friends and family and we will use it again thank you for making our stay so pleasant in your lovely apartmentp 😊
