Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Man ist mitten im Stadtzentrum - alles ist in Gehweite. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hergerichtet.
Das Stiegenhaus ist eine Schande. Ein Handlauf war so kaputt, dass man sich auf der steilsten Treppe kaum anhalten konnte. Alle drei Stockwerke waren verdreckt. Unten lagen Taubenkot und Federn auf den Treppen, oben war es so staubig, dass man sich beim Hinaufgehen schmutzig gemacht hat. Trotz Verbots waren verstaubte Gegenstände gelagert. Ekelhaft. Für frei Stockwerke gab es EINE Lampe. Zwei Stockwerke waren gar nicht ausgeleuchtet. Eigentlich sind Eigentümer einer Wohnung auch für das Stiegenhaus verantwortlich. Was bringt mir eine schöne und teure Wohnung, wenn der Weg dorthin eine einzige Katastrophe ist?
