About this apartment rental
Nestled between the ocean and the mountains, this beautiful, fully renovated 100-square-meter apartment offers every comfort and complete privacy.
Located on the first floor of a Basque-style house surrounded by forest, it’s a very peaceful setting,
where you can relax while listening to the birds sing.
The apartment includes:
-1 kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster…
-1 living room featuring a TV, a comfortable sofa, and a bookshelf with books and board games.
-3 bedrooms, each 16m², with walk-in closets: 2 with 140x190 beds and 1 with two 90x190 beds.
- 1 bathroom with a large 90 x 90 shower, two sinks with storage cabinets, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
- 1 separate toilet.
- 1 terrace with a griddle, a table for 6 people, and 2 floor cushions (for relaxing)
The entire property is secured by a locked gate.
The apartment is upstairs, but you can also enjoy the large garden (with fruit trees) as well as its spacious ground-floor terrace.
This is a non-smoking apartment (indoors), and pets are not allowed.
The apartment is not accessible to people with limited mobility (there are stairs to get there).
Parking spaces available.
Close to all amenities within 5 minutes: bakery, medical center, Ametzondo shopping center, IKEA, Belharra Clinic, pizzerias...

- 5 minutes from the A63-A64 highway entrance, 20 minutes from Biarritz Airport, 10 minutes from Bayonne, and 20 minutes from the beaches of Anglet, Biarritz, and Bidart, St. Jean de Luz

- 15 minutes from Cambo-les-Bains (spa treatments), Espelette, Itxassou, Bassussarry, Arcangues (golf courses).
- 30 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and the Spanish border.
- 20 minutes from Lake Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle (zip line, tree-top adventure course, pedal boats, inflatable water games...).
You can go on many hikes in the surrounding area (Mount Ursuya, Mondarrain, Baïgura, Rhune and its little train...).

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious appartement. The neighborhood is very quiet. Owners live downstairs and are very welcoming and super friendly - and at the same time respect your privacy. Would definitely stay again.
